In 2021, a seasoned group of entrepreneurs, high-net worth investors, and commercial real estate developers joined together to form a multi-faceted capital management organization to support the development of world class, institutional quality commercial real estate assets. The idea was, that through deliberated planning and careful structural consideration, syndication could be achieved at each level within the capital stack to provide optimized returns for each share class. Today, Interport Capital continues to provide exemplary performance by sourcing off-market, directly negotiated opportunities, and by exclusively utilizing in-house development teams or closely developed co-sponsor relationships. Each deal undergoes thorough due diligence, well-disciplined underwriting, and is overseen using strict project controls. This recipe continues to culminate in a company track-record of achieving well-forecasted equity appreciation paired with strong exit fundamentals.
SYNDICATION STRATEGY
CoGP Investing
We invest capital into the general partner tier of the capital stack. Working together with high-net worth entities and individuals, we co-invest at the general partner level of the capital stack, in the development and acquisition of commercial real estate projects. In doing so, we underwrite people, not projects.
Sponsorship
We work exclusively with highly-skilled, well-experienced sponsors requiring additional capital to round-out the general partner's contribution of their projects. This formula allows us to directly partner with exceptionally capable development teams, to form sponsorship entities that manage and develop world-class assets.
Limited Partners
Limited partners are the engine that drive our commercial real estate projects. We work with registered investment advisors and accredited investors to invest in Class-A commercial real estate projects.
