Aviation Hangar - Loveland, CO

Interport Capital purchased a ground lease under a 40-year agreement with Northern Colorado Regional Airport (“FNL”) to develop 77,600 of hangar space for private aircraft on a 3.68-acre parcel of land. The project encompasses five buildings making up 23 individual hangars. The hangars ideally accommodate the turboprop/light-jet market, as well as small piston aircraft, an ideal unit mix for market demand. Hangar units are available for lease or sale.
