Interport Capital acquired three performing self-storage properties located in secondary markets within the states of New York and Pennsylvania. The acquisition consists of an existing aggregate of approximately 165,346 NRSF of self-storage with a total average occupancy of +95%. The business plan consists of acquiring properties in areas with sparse competition from the large public REITs and/or where rents are recognized to be well below regional averages, indicating management inefficiencies.
